Life requires us to be flexible and so my approach to therapy reflects this. I offer both in-person therapy and online sessions to fit the therapeutic journey into your busy schedule. Depending on your needs and goals, I can work with you both in long-term and short-term therapy. If you decide you are interested, I provide a free consultation call in which we discuss what approach and medium would most suit you with the understanding that it might change over time. I understand that life requires us to be flexible and so therapy should reflect that with its approach.
